Four Station double heating cavity contact type vertical pipe arrangement to heat 8 nos pipe pieces together with thermocouple sensor.
Automatic water spray cooling and powerful ejection to achieve effortless fast production maximum output can be 10 coupler per min with both side socket.
i.e. 600 coupler per hour.
Machine can easily produce 4500 – 5000 coupler in one full shift.
Full function digital control panel with 4 Nos PID temp. Controller and digital timer, safety features and foot operated switch.
